Bought a Single Family home in 2026 in Sloan lake, Denver, CO. We recently became grandparents and were recruited to do some nannying, so we made an impulsive decision to move back to Denver from California. We’d been looking online for months when we saw a “coming soon” home we were interested in viewing.
